Lots of excitement in the past week, had my first real-life post-grad interview which can only mean ONE THING: ego-boosting jams all. damn. day.

Gorgeous yet slightly unnerving new video for Purity Ring’s track “Lofticries”, one that’s always deep in rotation at our pad.

…when music starts playing and you realize you’d absentmindedly been holding your breath throughout the silence?  And how long has it really been? geuh-AHHHHHHHH breathe deep!

Made it home after a nice spin through town on the beach cruiser, the hot afternoon sun dripping down through fresh green foliage, light breeze lifting my locks into the air, feelin in rhythm with life.  Found this song.  I do believe it’s the soundtrack to that sentiment.

 

Heard the remix first, but the original is absolutely lovely just the way it is.
